MyDown stores files that account holders upload and publishes a download page for each file. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Only an administrator can create an account. You are responsible for activity under your username and for keeping the password private.

Your files

You may upload only material you have the right to share. You are responsible for the file, its title, and the download page. MyDown does not review files before they are published.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, material that sexually exploits minors, or content you know infringes someone else’s copyright. Do not use the service to break the law.

Download pages

A download page may show an advertisement and a short wait before the file is offered. The site operator may disable a public link, including by replacing it after a report. Replacing a link does not delete the stored file.

Availability

The service is provided as available. Storage, links, and statistics can fail or change. MyDown is not liable for loss of a file, a missed download, or how a visitor uses a file.
